Commission Info

What to include in your request:

• Describe your commission (logo, emotes, video edit, etc)
• Any references, such as color palettes, fonts, imagery, and examples of work or styles you want to emulate
• Any timelines for completion, if applicable
• Any existing footage (video commissions only)

Please make sure you have permission to use any provided resources, either through ownership, written permission from creators, or Creative Commons images. (References being used for reference-only is acceptable.)

There is a possibility that I may work on your commission during coworking sections of my streams on twitch.tv/sun_berry. If you want me to keep your project private for any reason, please let me know so your commission will only be worked on privately.

Payment will be through PayPal in USD. Half of payment will be due upon work start, with the other half being received before final product is delivered.

Client will gain exclusive rights to their work for custom assets once completed and delivered. They may edit or share as desired after delivery.

Typical turnaround time for all projects is 7-30 days. If work is needed sooner, rush charges will apply (variable to project workload).

One to three revision phases are included during the creation phase. Follow-up for quick edits is welcome anytime at no additional cost. “Quick” edits are defined by Sunberry Studios at time of the edit, and additional cost will be noted and agreed upon on contact.

All listings and commissions are available for commercial use unless otherwise noted. You do not have permission to train, validate or test a neural network on any Sunberry Studios art. This includes AI websites/projects.

Non-disclosure projects are available on request, and following additional paperwork being signed. If no contract is requested and signed, Sunberry Studios retains permission to use commission work for portfolio samples, highlights on social media, or example pieces in the future.

Clients may request a refund after 45 days if no deliverable progress is made. Conversely, if the client is uncontactable for 30 days or more during the working process without advance notice, the initial deposit will be unrefundable.
